Community Events Forms

For all community event & functions on the Liverpool Plains, we require the following:

  1. Quirindi Races PicAttend a COVID Briefing Session - contact and request for a COVID Briefing Session

  2. Complete the following documentation:
    1. COVID Safety Plan – choose your relevant industry and complete the required form >
    1. Venue Hire Formyou must complete and signed page 1 of the document and read & acknowledge the Booking Terms & Conditions on page 3.
    2. Application for Approval to Stage an Event: 
    3. Risk Assessment: template attachedyou can use a different template if preferred.

If you are requesting road closure:

    1. Traffic Management for a Special Event


Please return these documents via email to; or hand-in to our Customer Service Team at Council Admin Building at 60 Station St, Quirindi.

These documents will be reviewed and you will notified when all documentation are satisfactory and approved.
