Statement of Reasons for Planning Decisions
In accordance with Schedule 1 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, notice of the reasons for planning decisions in relation to the following development consents is provided below
SEPP 1/Clause 4.6 Register
The NSW planning system currently has two (2) mechanisms that provide the ability to vary a development standard, including:
- Clause 4.6 of the Standard Instrument Local Environment Plan (SI LEP); and,
- State Environment Planning Policy No 1 – Development Standards (SEPP 1).
Council is required to establish a public register of Development Applications determined with variations to a development standard under each of the above environmental planning instruments. The following SEPP 1/Clause 4.6 variations have been approved by Council.
Development Applications on Exhibition
Development Applications (DAs) that are currently on public exhibition are listed below. These DAs have been notified and/or advertised in accordance with Council's policies. Proposed developments that are advertised are displayed for public viewing at the Liverpool Plains Shire Council Administration Centre, 60 Station Street, Quirindi.If you would like to make a submission on one of the development proposals listed below, you may do so in writing within the exhibition period.
